The former St Jerome's was built in 1934, this rough faced limestone building and bell tower with a steeply pitched corrugated iron roof was the first Catholic Church in the Spearwood district. The church was used until the new St. Jerome's was opened in 1987, the church has been used since then for various uses , but is now neglected
