Great Smoky Mountains National Park Boundary Marker D-31 is located on the Indian Grave Gap Trail not far from the old Rich Mountain lookout tower location at Cerulean Knob, benchmark FB2634. It is an aluminum disk mounted in concrete at ground level. There is a white-topped metal post near the disk.
