Tennessee State Capitol mini-stonehenge - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I found this is very interest to know the type of benchmark as a mini-stonehenge (look like a tall bench) is located about a yard south of south edge of wide sidewalk, approx. 60 feet south of the center of General Andrew Jackson Monument, approx. 65 feet north northwest of Liberty Bell Replica on the ground, approx. 52 feet east of east concrete retaining wall of the Tennessee State employment parking area and approx. 164 feet west of the center line of 6th Avenue North. All is in east of the State Capitol building. This benchmark is very rare to find the type one.
