USACE 6 SM - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This mark is one of a series of US Army Corps of Engineer survey marks on the locks of the Charles River just east of the Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge and west of the Charlestown Bridge.

This mark is on the northern side of the locks, on a concrete bank-like structure. The mark is north of the entrance to the pathway across the locks, at the northwest corner of the area on the normally-traveled side of the barricade.
