This plaque was dedicated by the Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association to honor
Corporal Charles Henry Brittian, Jr.

It is located at the entrance to the Georgia World Congress Center.

The plaque reads:

AWARDED THE BRONZE STAR FOR VALOR.
