This war monument is located at the front side of the former town hall of Inzlingen.

It is a column with cannon balls on top and a laurel wreath at the front side. The pedestal is octagonal with inscriptions.

One side says: "1870 – 1871
Strasburg
Dijon
Nuits
Belfort
Die dankbare Gemeinde ihren tapferen Kriegern (the grateful community to their brave warriors)"

The other sides contain the names of the local soldiers who participated in this war.
