An eclectic collection of 48 painted squares, each with a boldly colored image including: a piece of pizza, bear, gravestone, baseball, ice cream cone, etc., are used to create this mural by artist Luke Cavagnac. It was created off site and installed April 23, 2015. Volunteers spent over six hours hanging the pieces on the south-facing wall of Union Mart at 123 Cottage St. The mural covers much of the two-story building’s wall. The mural does start with an E but despite the name there is a light bulb in the center and not a stamp.

The artist calls this work “What Starts With An E, Has A Stamp In The Middle, & Ends With A Ton?” and he hopes viewers of the brightly colored art interpret it in unique and personal ways. Luke Cavagnac gives special thanks to Mark Bonde and Randy Corbeil (for hanging expertise) Anjum Khawaja (building owner), Abdul M.K. Butt (Union Mart Owner), Manchester's True Value, and the many amazing volunteers of ECA+ and the Cottage Street Cultural District.
