This 8' by 6' utility box was painted by Liz Stamm in 2014. The street side of the utility box shows a man and a woman, as seen from above, lying on the stomach, on a beach blanket. Both have their crossed legs in the air. Their footprints lad to the blanket. The man is identified as John and the woman as Anna. To their right is a sandcastle and a red shovel. The side panel closest to Asbury Avenue shows a girl named Carolyn. She is also lying face down on a blanket and has her right foot in the air. The other side has a single blue cup. The back is shielded by a tree. It is painted to show sand, breaking waves, water, and sky.
