Carla Migliaccio painted the street side of this 8' by 6' utility box to depict the back of a boy and a dog sitting on a pier. The boy is holding a fishing rod. To his left a gull sits on a pier post. The image is complete when you view the sidewalk side. The boy has a flounder on the line. The fish is just emerging from the water. The scene is complete with a can of worms on one side and the end of the pier on the other.
