This grey metal disk is embedded in the top of a cement wall around a water control box. It is located adjacent to and west of the Eastern Canal. The disk is atop the southeastern corner of the structure about 18" above the soil level. The disk is engraved across the top with SRP in an arc. Below that is stamped BM. The middle of the disk is marked 32.5 E 3.6 S. At the bottom of the disk is 20 01 with the 01 reduced in size. The disk is approximately .67 miles south of the southern edge of Ray Road where the Eastern Canal passes under Ray Rd. at a heading of 218.75 degrees.
