The North Grenville Rotary Millennium Park was created as a community-based Millennium project. It is located at the intersection of Clothier and Prescott Streets in downtown Kemptville, next to the South Nation River.
The Rotary International logo appears three times on the clock: on the plaque, on the cement base and on the clock facing.
