"The structure known as the Stone Barn is located at 543 NYS Route 369. The structure was built by Mirnel Youngs in 1839. The property was originally owned by John Hull, the first Town Supervisor. A house was located on the property at the confluence of Page Brook and the Chenango River, about 412 feet from the main road, NYS Route 369. The huge steel silo which stands at the south end of the barn was later added to the property."
