This "Neon Sign" is around the town clock.
Back when US highways were the preferred method of getting around from town to town, etc. Cities had Neon signs drawing travelers to their downtown business areas. This is one of those old relics. Next to the Municipal Auditorium and smal pocket park, at the head of the commercial district.
At night it must have been a grand site.
