This stone inscription is over the doorway to the right of the arch leading into Amen Court. The building is located on the west side of Warwick Lane a short dustance north west of St Paul's Cathedral.

The inscription, which is in Latin, reads:

Scimus enim quoniam si
terrestris domus nostra huius
habitationis dissolvatur quod
aedificationem ex Deo habeamus
domum non manufactam
aeternam in caelis
