Located just off Hwy 680 and Lopes Rd is a scenic overlook that contains a couple of interpretive displays that highlight the Suisun Bay Naval Reserve Fleet as well as some flora and fauna of the area. Suisun Bay is home to one of three National Defense Reserve Fleets in the country and contains an assortment of ex-commercial cargos, tankers and U.S. Navy inactive vessels that have been mothballed and some have made their home here for many years, going back to WWII. Visitors to this overlook can see the fleet of mothballed ships on a decent day.

The other interpretive display highlights the flora and fauna found in the Suisun Bay Salt Marsh Zone to include Saltbrush, California Cordgrass, Pickleweed, Salt Marsh Harvest Mouse, Green Sturgeon, California Clapper Rail, Kildeer and Central California Coastal Steelhead
