This is known as a good restaurant in downtown Binghamton. It is across from Christ Church and Boscov's Department Store parking. There is some street parking.
222 WATER STREET . BINGHAMTON NY . 607 771 6063

They have entertainment and art on the walls. (They are a part of the First Fridays Art Walk).
They have events such as team trivia and jazz jam.

From the website: "Lost Dog Café moved to a much larger space in and old cigar factory on Water Street in April 1997. .. We wanted more space so that bands could perform, art could be hung and we could accommodate more customers. This meant that we were turning into a real restaurant. We had to strike the balance between the small, bohemian café that we started as into the larger, more spacious restaurant with a full bar."
