The Jet Drive-In (closed in 1985) was one of my favorite Date Destinations for many years. This location holds many fond teenage memories for me :) Oh, and my Trunk would hold four extra people.

"The Jet Drive-In opened in mid-1951 with a car capacity given at 300 and another source says 500. It was operated by Rowley United Theatres and later United Artists Theatres.
The Jet Drive-In closed in 1985 and was demolished in 1993.
There is now a sign close to the old entrance that says:
"Coming Soon - Parklands Estate"
There are no structures left but there are several of the old Speaker Boxes (Minus Copper Wires) and a few Light Poles left on the wide expanse of tiered parking spots left over.
