The courthouse is located on Delaware Street between Third and Market Streets. The courthouse is large brick building on east side of street. The cupola is now copper clad with a weather vane on top. This survey point is important to Delaware as it was the location used as the center point for the twelve mile circular arc which formed the border between Delaware and Pennsylvania.
