There are several Sanders infants here, but then again, there are other Sanders adults. No sign of J.M. or M.E. All we know about this one is what the headstone tells us. There is a star in a circle up at the top, with guide lines framing the following inscription (note the typo of "Infant"):

J.M. & M.E. Sanders

Of Such Is
The Kingdom
Of Heaven

Interestingly, Findagrave lists this child as an infant son, but without any background as to why. (visit link)
