This parking meter is located right in front of the Hound Dog Dogwash. Rate is a 1.50$/hour. It is not known when it was placed there, but if one refers to the Google street view map of the area, which was taken in June 2013, the parking meter cannot be seen. Therefore it is believed it has been placed after June 2013.
