José Raimundo Ribeiro had a street named after him in his hometown, Tomar. This wouldn't be a citizen's memorial by itself, at least as it's understood for this category. What makes it a citizen memorial is the attached plaque, placed on the 1st May 1990 by a local association, in memory of this man.
In the plaque there is the symbol of the town and the following text:
