William Francis was born February 6, 1937 and died June 19th, 2013. Bill was born in Edmonton, Alberta. He is best remembered for his wit and quirky sense of humor.

Known as a hard and tireless worker and supporter of family, Bill enjoyed fishing, gardening and collecting anything worth value. Bill was always soft spoken and willing to give the shirt off his back to help when needed.

He will be truly missed by all who had the honour to cross his path. Let us remember a man for not the great things he accomplished but all the small details that made him truly unique.
