This tank is in good shape. They could have taken a little more care when repainting it an overall tan color, but better to have it painted than rusting.

Location restrictions:
This tank is located outdoors at the VFW post. I don't know of any restrictions. I just happened to see it while driving by on the highway and parked alongside the road to go take pictures early on a Saturday afternoon (25 October 2014).
