Owned by James and Mary O'Connor was a gasfitter. He and his wife did not live here, but lived across Compton Park on Endicott St. All of the tenants were of Irish decent, in an increasingly Polish and Lithunaian families.

The 3 decker has been extensively modified with artificial siding and the removal of the decks that were over the front door.
