As with many similar headstones, this one can be a little difficult to interpret. The left side has the following inscription:
M.P. Crowder
Born July 15 1884
Died January 22 1891
The right side has the following inscription:
L.R. Crowder
Born May 29 18?? (There is a 9 below)
Died January 22 1891
Underneath both inscriptions is "Bornd on Earth to bloom in Heaven."
Note that both children died on the same day. Findagrave lists the child on the right as "L.E. Crowder," with "Nov. 19, 1889" as a birthdate, but there is no source. This could be a misinterpretation of the headstone text, or perhaps the person who provided that information knows something we don't.
