Adair Park is part of the former Camp Adair army base. Benton County wanted a new park in the area, but had no funds for construction. The park is owned by the county, but was built and has been maintained entirely by local volunteers. The facilities are maintained on a popularity basis, and from the look of things tennis is not high on the list. The nearest parking is over 100 yards away, and requires an uphill walk to reach the courts. As for now the courts exist, but who knows how long they will last in the Oregon climate.
