[NL] Het museum toont het leven in de Duitse bunkers en van het Duitse dorp 'Schlei'. Schiermonnikoog was een belangrijke radar post van de atlantic wall. Het toont oorlogsmateriaal afkomstig van Schiermonnikoog, maquettes, foto's. Ook is er aandacht voor de gevolgen voor de bevolking van Schiermonnikoog. Het museum een
particulier initiatief en de suppoosten kunnen uit de eerste hand nog verhalen vertellen. Er is een kleine speeltafel voor kinderen.
[EN] The museum shows the life in the German bunkers and at the German village 'Schlei'. Schiermonnikoog was an important radar post of the Atlantic wall. War material found on and around Schiemonnikoog, photos, maquettes are part of the collection. Also the position of the locals during the war is shown. The museum is a private initiative and the attendants can tell you stories firsthand. A small play-table is available for kids.
