Nicole et Christian Dauny représentent la douzième génération et la treizième est assurée par leurs fils Benoît et Thibaut.
C'est en 1964 que le vignoble a été entièrement reconverti en Agriculture Biologique. Le but étant d'améliorer la fertilité des sols à long terme et d'éliminer de nombreuses formes de pollution et de fournir aux consommateurs un produit sain, naturel et équilibré.
[EN] icole and Christian Dauny represent the twelveth generation and the thirteenth generation is assured by their sons Benoît and Thibaut.
In 1964 the vineyard moved over to organic farming, becoming the first in the area to do so, with an aim to remove all kinds of pollution, providing a better quality of wine.
