Located by the playground area at Sidney Rudy Waterfront Park there are three or four large figures which frankly are not very distinct. The best guess by the poster of this Waymark is that the figures depict squirrels because of the bushy tail...but the heads vary in shape. One of the figures has a plastic hand.
