Johann Georg (1748-1811) war ein Sohn des Fürsten Leopold II. von Anhalt-Dessau (1700–1751) aus dessen Ehe mit Gisela Agnes (1722–1751), Tochter des Fürsten Leopold von Anhalt-Köthen.
Johann Georg, der sich selbst „Hans Jürge“ nannte, schuf das Landschaftsensemble aus Georgengarten und Beckerbruch und ließ ab 1780 durch Friedrich Wilhelm von Erdmannsdorff das Schloss Georgium bei Dessau erbauen, das später als Sommersitz genutzt wurde

Johann Georg(1748-1811) was a son of Prince Leopold II. Von Anhalt-Dessau (1700-1751) from his marriage with Gisela Agnes (1722-1751), daughter of Prince Leopold of Anhalt-Köthen.
Johann Georg, himself "Hans Jürge" was called, created the landscape ensemble of Georgengarten and Beckerbruch and left off in 1780 by Friedrich Wilhelm von Erdmannsdorff the Georgium castle near Dessau built, which was later used as a summer residence.
