In the rear of the driveway beside the Rotary Health Center on the south side of Columbia Avenue in Rossland is a somewhat unusual crossing sign.

The health center doubles as the Rossland Food Bank. It is on the western edge of the town, two buildings east of the Miners' Union Hall, the last Miners’ Union Hall in Canada and a Rossland Heritage building.
The sign itself is attached to a guyed power pole at the rear of the driveway which curves around behind the building and warns of the necessity of watching out for feline friends which may be traversing the drive, like the one below, which we caught skulking near the drive.
