Moxahala Park - Zanesville, Ohio - Defunct Amusement Parks on Waymarking.com

Moxahala Park was opened in the early 1900s. In the 1970s the park was purchased by Nolan shows and it operated for a few more years (until 1976) before finally closing forever. Not much of the park remains today as a fire took out several buildings in 1997 and the remaining rides and items were auctioned off in 2002. All that remains is the ballroom and bus stop structures and a few scattered concrete foundations.
