(eng)There are several places where you can launch a canoe or small boat into the beautiful Cher. This point indicates just one of many. What recommends this point is the fact that from here you will see the most beautiful of the castles along the Cher along a fairly short stretch of the river. You can complete this stretch in about 1/2 day depending on how fast you paddle. Then spend the rest of day touring the castle of Chenonceau you passed along the way.
There are also several establishments renting canoes to the tourists in this area. this is specific location launching here if you have your own canoe.
From here , you'll glide under the castle of Chenonceau clearly visible from the river.
(fr)Il y a plusieurs endroits où vous pouvez lancer un canot ou un petit bateau dans le Cher. Ce point indique l'un des nombreux endroits. Je recommande ce point car d'ici vous verrez le plus beau des châteaux le long du Cher le long d'un assez court tronçon de la rivière. Vous pouvez compléter cette partie en 1/2 journée en fonction de la vitesse à pagayer. Puis passer le reste de la journée à visiter le château de Chenonceau.
Il y a également plusieurs établissements qui louent des canots aux touristes dans ce domaine. c'est l'emplacement exact pour lancer ici si vous avez votre propre canot.
