The town of Bella Vista was planned as a resort village, but became a retirement community, and later it grew to be a regular family-oriented town. It sprawls over a large area because of the Ozark terrain. This is one of several water towers for Bella Vista. It does not have a number on it or other designation, just the words Bella Vista Village. It is next to a large building that is labeled as the Bella Vista Municipal Building.
