Érigé en 1933 (1930?), l’édifice se distingue du duplex ou du triplex par la présence de plusieurs logements et par des entrées communes. En plus du parement de brique, les appartements P.E. Auger arborent des couronnements et des amortissements, ces composantes décoratives posées autour de la toiture, typiques du premier tiers du XXe siècle.
At the heart of Old Victoriaville stands this residential building, another form of habitat urban worker. Built in 1933 (1930?), The building stands out from the duplex or triplex by the presence of several dwellings and common entries. In addition to the brick veneer, PE Auger apartments feature coronations and depreciation, these laid around the roof, typical of the first third of the twentieth century decorative components.
