The Oakland Zoo

The Oakland Zoo, founded in 1922 by Henry Snow, is located on Golf Links Road in Knowland Park (in Oakland).  It is open daily from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.  It is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

 

The Oakland Zoo is a non-profit organization.  It is managed by the East Bay Zoological Society.

 

Admission Prices:

Children under 2 = free

Children ages 2-14 = $6.00

Adults ages 15-54 = $9.50

Seniors ages 55 and over = $6.00
