This is the so-called 'Klostermühle' (Monestary Mill) an old water mill located at the Blau River in Ulm-Söflingen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The mill is first mentioned in 1463. It was used as a mill until 1989. Nowadays it is used as a museum and a music school. The water wheel of the mill is still working!
