This sign was given in honor of James W Hines, who, as chairman of the Wesley United Methodist Church Trustees, led through the efforts of the restoration of the church sanctuary from the December 18, 1995 fire that made that section of the church unusable for about 20 Months.
This sign was placed here by Joseph U. Frye, President of the construction company that performed the massive restoration project
