Presbyterian Church - Fowler, IN - Photos Then and Now on Waymarking.com

While researching for another waymark for this church, I came across an old postcard, for sale, on eBay. The price was reasonable, so I bought it. It was mailed in and has a postmark from 1909. This would make the postcard subject, a black and white photograph of the Presbyterian Church, in Fowler, Indiana, from 1909 or earlier. This is the then picture for this waymark.

The now picture was taken on March 21, 2014. My family were visiting with friends in Fowler, it was a beautiful day, so a good opportunity for waymarking.

The First Presbyterian Church is located on 6th Street, in Fowler, Indiana. According to the cornerstone, the church was organized in 1873, and this building was built in 1896.

The church has, or had, a website, but apparently the domain name was not renewed. (visit link)
