This artistically disguised Utility Box is at the corner of the Jakobstraße/Hermann-Platz-Straße in Offenbach/Queich and has a painted scene with Kim Possible. It is probably painted by a big fan of this cartoon hero.
Kim Possible is seen in a light blue/dark blue background together with Rufus the mole rat. They both are holding a flashlight.
