The castle ruins Ödenburg are located on a rocky hill spur on the border between Tecknau and Wenslingen. It is easily accessible on hiking trails from both municipalities. From the western edge of the castle you can see Tecknau down in the valley and parts of Gelterkinden in the background. This small town is obviously dominated by the railway line, one of the busiest in the country.
