So far we've only witnessed it in one of the four seasons and it was raining. Guess we'll have to get back there in some of the other seasons.

The town of Chewelah, which actually calls itself the City of Chewelah, is another of the multitude of towns in northeast Washington built, at least in part, on mining, in this case mostly silver, lead and copper. For many years it also had a large brick factory and a granite quarry.
