Imbedded in a sidewalk in front of the former Siskiyou County Title Company is a compass rose that is easy to miss unless you spot the metalwork reflecting in certain light. It's not a large compass rose but still has a presence in front of the brick building. The compass rose's arrow is pointing due north.
Compass roses aren't that common of a find so locating this one was a pleasant surprise in the historic town of Yreka.
