CZ: Na vyasfaltované ploše je instalován památník tvorený vyzdenou podestou obloženou mramorovými deskami, na které je umístena bronzová deska se jmény obetí katastrofy, deska s datem katastrofy (8.3.1981) a uprostred je instalována bronzová plastika horníka v nadživotní velikosti. Plastika stojí na podstavci, který je v zadní cásti signován I.ZÁLESKÝ, plastika je dutá.
EN: The asphalt surface is a memorial consisting of walled landing lined with marble slabs on which is placed a bronze plaque with the names of victims of disasters, catastrophes plate with the date (March 8, 1981). Coal miner's larger than life statue is installed in the middle of memorial. The sculpture stands on a pedestal, which is signed in the back "I.ZÁLESKÝ", sculpture is hollow.
