This red, white, and blue painted hydrant is dated January 1, 2000 and labeled Uncle Sam. To me it looks a lot like a mouse in an Uncle Sam suit. If you look closely at the pictures you will notice two of the caps are reversed. If anyone visits and sees that they've been correctly placed, please post another photo.
