The inscription, on the Harley Street face of the house, reads:

Sydney J Tatchell
Architect 1910

The building is Grade II listed with the entry at the English Heritage website telling us:

Corner terraced town house. 1912 by Sydney Tatchell. Portland stone with channelled ground floor; slate roof. Free Neo-Palladian and Dixhuitieme motifs sharply profiled. 4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide, the Weymouth Street return with 3 windows grouped to right and 2 storey wing beyond. Harley Street front has projecting channelled and swagged entrance 'pavilion' to left with deep set, splayed, semicircular arched doorway. Ground floor recessed sashes with channelling struck to flat arches; 1st floor sashes in pulvinated eared architraves with continuous cornice above broken forward over them; 2nd and 3rd floor windows, vertically linked by apron panels, in architraves, eared on 2nd floor and with linking swags between console brackets on 3rd floor. Plat band over ground floor; cornice with fluted frieze and balustraded parapet. Quoins to Weymouth Street return with blind-arched chimney stack and 3 close set windows grouped to right; cornices etc. returned from front. The 2 storey wing has a colonnaded 1st floor, and links with the contemporary No. 90A q.v. by the same architect. Wrought iron balustrade over entrance 'pavilion' of same design as the bracketed balconettes to the other 2 1st floor windows. Cast iron ornamental area railings.

The building now houses a dental practice and their website tells of a link with the site and Florence Nightingale.
