Located in front of the building at the far right, next to the doors to the can/bottle redemption area. These are both owned by "Modern Amusements" in New Hampshire (I have contacted these people before, they are a small family-owned business, very pleasant to speak to and helpful in my search for these...)
I'm guessing the manufacturer to be Bally, just by the shape of the base. I don't know any further detail.
