Just a few (as in about 25 or so) feet north of B 281, this benchmark is in the top of the concrete abutment, south of the tracks, on the west end of the RR Bridge.

THE STATION IS LOCATED AT THE WEST END OF THE FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT LAKE, (3.5 MILES WEST OF KETTLE FALLS) ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE RAILROAD CONCRETE ABUTMENT. 4.6 METERS SOUTH OF THE SOUTH RAIL, 60 CM WEST OF THE EAST EDGE OF THE ABUTMENT AND 46 CM NORTH OF THE SOUTH EDGE OF THE ABUTMENT. THE MARK IS A USBR BRASS DISK CEMENTED INTO A DRILL HOLE AND SET LEVEL WITH THE CONCRETE SURFACE.
