Die Bahnhofstraße in Schauenstein führte bis zum Jahr 1987 wirklich einmal zum dortigen Bahnhof. Nach der Streckenstillegung ist diese mit 3 Kurven und einer Steigung versehene, ca. 1000 Meter lange Strasse in eine Art "Dornröschenschlaf" versunken...
