I found this tree while cycling along Park Rd just north of Mud Street. The tree in questions is located at the edge of the closed landfill site. The tree, a large hardwood (exact species is unknown), is easily visible from the roadway.
The sign reads:
Town of Grimsby
No Trespassing
Landfill Site
(although the "Town of Grimsby" portion is no longer visible)
